This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Ninjata (the "App"), published by ZTP Labs ("we", "us"). It explains what information is processed when you use the App.
The App has no user accounts. Your game progress (coins, upgrades, records, settings) is stored only locally on your device. We process data in just two cases, both described below: advertising, and the optional leaderboard.
The App shows advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect and process certain data to provide and measure ads, including:
This data is collected and processed by Google under its own policies: see Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses data in AdMob. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), the App shows a consent dialog before serving personalized ads; you can choose non-personalized ads.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
The App offers an optional global leaderboard. If you choose to submit a score, you enter a display name. That display name and your best altitude score are stored on our backend (Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore) and shown publicly to other players. A random anonymous identifier is used; the entry is not linked to your real identity, email, or account. Providing a name is optional — if you never open or submit to the leaderboard, nothing is sent. To have your leaderboard entry removed, contact us at the email below.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
All game data is stored locally; uninstalling the App deletes it. If you submitted a leaderboard entry and want it removed, email us and we will delete it. To reset your advertising identifier, use your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
